Luxury Home Tour: Eclectic Estates of Portland

Ready to gawk at some stunning homes? Even better, homes that are on the market, begging to be bought? Sit back, relax, crack open a bottle of bubbly, and take in these Portland luxury homes!

If you are interested in buying or investing in a new property, reach out. We would love to hear from you!

Roanoke Lane Estate

First on the list is the Roanoke Lane estate — a striking 6,900 square foot Craftsman off of Arbor Lodge Park. During the day, the window-clad home draws in natural light… but by dusk, the subtle lights trimming the landscape and home exterior makes the property glow. The interior is equipped with a movie theater, spa, heated pool, infrared sauna, gym, and a kitchen of our DREAMS!
Can you imagine spending the 2020 lockdown here? Boredom… we don’t know her!

Rivington Drive Oasis

Close your eyes… Imagine waking up every morning with a hot cup of coffee, and starting your day with a view of the Cascade Mountains and the city skyline. Whatever you are imagining, multiply the wow-factor by ten and you’ll have the Rivington Drive mansion. Modern, sleek, and simply dreamy.

Germantown Belluschi Build

In 1980, Pietro Belluschi took a break from designing Portland skyscrapers to design this jaw-dropping residential home! Belluschi was famous for leading the modern architecture movement and his use of materials. The Germantown home is no different — designed with a mix of wood, concrete, and steel. The home is perched on a hillside, with panoramic city views. Our favorite feature is the separate greenhouse and meditation studio. If we could describe this home in one word, it would be… zen.

Myrtle Court Villa

Elegance and sophistication — the Myrtle Court home towers over the city, and features stunning views of the cascade mountains. With a gourmet kitchen, bar, theater, gym, game room, pool, sauna, and wine cellar, what more could you want? Our favorite element by far is the lap pool — imagine ending the night with a glass of wine, dipping your feet in the pool, and watching the city below. Check it out.

“Hollywood Hills” Home in Buena Vista

We are wrapping up the luxury home tour with an old school Hollywood-inspired home. Walk through the marble entry and the first thing you’ll encounter is a wood-clad staircase. The home oozes charm with manicured gardens, balconies, and unique wallpaper in every room. A few of our favorite wallpapers are featured below!
